EDIT: Just a note to those who want to know, those are Sound Percussion drums. Bass drum with one-foot pedal, One small/large tom-tom, Hi-hat cymbal, and a Ride cymbal. I actually used to play drums in a band back in New Hampshire called "TripleXSlayer".

Shitty name, kick-ass metal. At least thats what we wanted people to say lol. Sadly now i'm in Virginia, so its bye-bye TxS. Who knows, maybe i'll record a drum solo, but I first need to buy a double-kick pedal or else..well. Lets just say i'm bad-ass at Double-kickin', but I was borrowing my friends up in NH so now I gotta buy one for like, $150? For a good one anyways, don't want the shitty ones.

So yeah, this guy KeyWielder comes up to me saying I stole his work..which is a load of bull. Two pointers that will stand out as proof for him stealing my song...

1.) I submitted this song way before him. Thats right, 2 months before he did. He comes up with an excuse of submitting this song before me, pulling it out to make changes, then re-submitting it. He also says he decided "not" to do any changes to it.

Now tell me, why would someone waste months before actually deciding to re-send something that he never even changed? And why would he even bother pulling it out of the NewGrounds music database, if he in the end he would do nothing to it?

The reason is..well..he didnt pull it out. He never even submitted it before me.

And 2.) I can guarentee that everyone has neither heard the song before I submitted, nor even know that KeyWielder submitted it before me. Thats because...noone heard it before I sent it.

So there you have it...my proof that he stole my song, and that this song I made was crafted by my own hands. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to post it.

Of course, if all you say is ,"ZOMG YOU STOLE IT", then you're not gonna get anywhere..
